Florida Ready to Work - Soft Skills Training Certificate

Florida Ready to Work Soft Skills Training helps learners develop and demonstrate attitudinal and behavioral skills that are essential to success in the workplace and school. These competencies are a key component of Florida Ready to Work’s comprehensive approach to preparing learners and job seekers for success and providing future employers with workplace-ready candidates. Florida Ready to Work Soft Skills Training consists of four modules: Communicating Effectively, Conveying Professionalism, Promoting Teamwork and Collaboration, and Thinking Critically and Solving Problems. Each module includes a pretest, course instructional content, and a posttest to measure learning gains. The certificate holder earned an Florida Soft Skills Certificate of Completion by passing all four module posttests.
